Coloured by how late they are. No spreadsheet, no scrolling through email — just the list of the next ten people you should write to.
Click any client in the queue and Missing Information drafts the chase email for you: their name, the list of items still outstanding, the deadline coming up, and a portal link they can click to upload. All you do is review the draft, copy it into your email client, and hit send.

Every chase you send is logged against the client's record — what was sent, when, and to whom. So if a client says "you never asked me", you've got a precise record. Sending happens through your normal email client (Outlook, Gmail, Apple Mail) so chases come from your usual address with your usual signature.
Plenty of tools promise to send automated chase emails on a schedule — first nudge at day 3, reminder at day 7, escalation at day 14 — without any human in the loop. We've deliberately not built that yet, and here's why:
